Affiliate policy

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants (hereinafter referred to as the Creator or Affiliate) in the Duke & Scoop Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the Company).By joining the program, the Creator agrees to all of the following terms.1. Participation and Approval
1.1 Participation in the affiliate program is only permitted for individuals or companies that have been approved by Duke & Scoop.
1.2 Duke & Scoop reserves the right to reject an application or terminate an existing partnership at any time, without providing a reason.

2. Discount Code and Commission
2.1 Each Creator receives a personal 15% discount code that their followers can use at checkout.
2.2 The Creator receives a 30% commission for every order correctly tracked through their personal affiliate link or discount code.
2.3 Commissions are calculated exclusively based on data from Social Snowball, the official affiliate tracking platform used by Duke & Scoop.
2.4 Orders not placed through the Creator’s personal link or code are not eligible for commission payments. No retroactive payments will be made.

3. Tracking and Measurement
3.1 All sales are automatically tracked through Social Snowball.
3.2 Only sales correctly and verifiably registered within Social Snowball will be counted for commission payments.
3.3 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues or tracking errors outside of its control (such as browser settings, cookie blocking, or incorrect link usage).

4. Commission Payments
4.1 Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale occurred.
4.2 Payments are made via the payment method provided (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).
4.3 Payouts are only made when the minimum balance of €25 in earned commissions has been reached.
4.4 Returns, cancellations, or refunds are excluded from commission payments and may be deducted retroactively if necessary.

5. Content Requirements
5.1 If the Creator receives a free product for promotional purposes, they are required to publish a video within 30 days of receiving the product and share it with Duke & Scoop (via email or Social Snowball).
5.2 If no content is shared within this 30-day period, Duke & Scoop reserves the right to charge the full product value to the Creator.
5.3 If posting within 30 days is not possible for valid reasons, the Creator must request an extension in advance via email.

6. Conduct Guidelines
6.1 The Creator must publish content that aligns with the Duke & Scoop brand identity — positive, respectful, and animal-friendly.
6.2 Offensive, misleading, or unethical content is strictly prohibited.
6.3 The Creator may not make false claims about products, delivery times, or guarantees.
6.4 If the Creator violates these guidelines, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the partnership and block any pending commissions.

7. Termination of Partnership
7.1 Either party may terminate the partnership at any time.
7.2 Upon termination, the Creator forfeits the right to commissions for sales made after the termination date.
7.3 Valid commissions tracked before the termination will be paid according to these Terms.

8. Liability
8.1 Duke & Scoop shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
8.2 The Creator is responsible for complying with their local tax obligations related to earned commissions.

9. Fraud and Misuse
9.1 Any attempt at fraud, deception, self-purchases through personal links/codes, or manipulation of sales data will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
9.2 Duke & Scoop reserves the right to suspend or withhold payments while investigating any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.

10. Additional Provisions
10.1 Duke & Scoop may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published in Social Snowball.
10.2 By continuing to participate in the affiliate program after an update, the Creator agrees to the revised Terms and Conditions.
