How can I place an order?
- Ordering from Duke & Scoop is easy! Add the desired products to your shopping cart, go to the checkout page, fill in your details and choose a payment method. After payment you will receive a confirmation and your order will be processed.

Can I cancel or change my order?
- We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only do this if your order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders placed before 23:59 will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time depends on your delivery address. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a track & trace that indicates the expected date.

What are the shipping costs?
- We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands above 30,- euro. For orders below this amount, shipping costs may apply, depending on weight and destination. 4,95 euro.

What can I do if my order is damaged or incomplete?
- We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your order! Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a solution, such as providing a replacement or a refund.

- Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. The product must be in undamaged and original condition, including the packaging. Return costs are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
