Duke & Scoop Return Policy

At Duke & Scoop we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30 day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for returns:

  1. Reflection period: You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be in unused and unopened condition , with the original packaging and tags intact. The item must not be damaged, washed or used. If the item has a defect, please contact us for further instructions.
  3. Return process:
    • Send us an email to info.dukescoop@gmail.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
    • You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.
  4. Shipping costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
  5. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will credit the original method of payment. This may take several business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was an error on our part.
  6. Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with the pet's skin (such as care products and food).
