General Terms and Conditions for Duke & Scoop

Welcome to Duke & Scoop! These terms and conditions apply to all products and services that we offer via our website. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, products and services of Duke & Scoop (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”). 1.2 We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time. We advise you to regularly consult the conditions for the latest version.

2. Product information 2.1 We do our best to describe the products and services on the website as accurately as possible. Despite care, errors or inaccuracies in the product descriptions or images may occur. 2.2 All images, drawings, specifications and other data on the website are indicative and may differ from the actual products.

3. Ordering 3.1 By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions. 3.2 You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail, but the agreement will only be concluded after we have received your payment and the products have been shipped. 3.3 We have the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the event of incorrect data, technical errors or a suspicious transaction.

4. Prices and Payment 4.1 All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of your order. We accept payments via the offered payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. 4.3 We reserve the right to change prices on the website. The price that applies at the time of ordering is the price that applies to that order.

5. Shipping and Delivery 5.1 We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 23:59 will be shipped the next business day. 5.2 Delivery time depends on the delivery address. On average, delivery can take 1-3 business days within the Netherlands. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, delivery times may vary. 5.3 We use PostNL as our carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Cancellations 6.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 30 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. 6.2 The product must be returned in undamaged and original condition, including all associated accessories, packaging and labels. 6.3 Return costs are for the customer's account, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. 6.4 After we have received and checked the returned product, you will receive the full purchase price back, within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Liability 7.1 We offer a warranty on defects resulting from manufacturing errors. The warranty period varies per product, but is at least 1 year. 7.2 We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products. 7.3 Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy 8.1 We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We use your data exclusively for processing your order and improving our services. 8.2 For more information about how we handle your data, please consult our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual Property 9.1 All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, graphic design, is the property of Duke & Scoop and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. 9.2 It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute or commercially use any content of the website without permission from Duke & Scoop.

10. Applicable Law 10.1 All agreements and disputes between you and Duke & Scoop are governed by Dutch law. 10.2 All disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
