Shipping Policy for Duke & Scoop

At Duke & Scoop, we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping methods and delivery times:

Shipping method:
We ship all orders via PostNL , or another reliable and fast delivery service.

Order before 23:59:
All orders placed before 11:59 PM on a business day will be shipped the following business day . Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Delivery time:
The delivery time of your order depends on the delivery address .
To be on the safe side, we count on 3-5 business days delivery time due to worldwide shipments.

Postage costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. We also offer free shipping on orders over €20. Otherwise, the shipping costs are €4.95.

Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number from us with which you can track your package.

Problems with shipping:
