Duke & Scoop Returns Policy

At Duke & Scoop, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for returns:

1. Reflection period: You have 100 days after receiving your order to register a return.
2. Product condition: The product must be unused and unopened , with the original packaging and tags intact. The item must not be damaged, washed, or used. If the item is defective, please contact us for further instructions.
3. Return process:
   • Send us an email at info@dukeandscoop.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
   • You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the money will be refunded to the original payment method. This may take several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was an error on our part.
6. Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with the pet's skin (such as grooming products and food).
