Duke & Scoop Returns Policy

At Duke & Scoop, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a returns policy of 100 days cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your order.

Conditions for returns:

1. Cooling-off Period: You have 100 days after receiving your order to register a return.
2. Product Condition: The product must be in an unused and unopened condition, with the original packaging and labels intact. The item must not be damaged, washed, or used. If the item shows a defect, please contact us for further instructions.
3. Returns Process:
   • Send us an email to info@dukeandscoop.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
   • You will then receive a returns form and instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping Costs: The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This may take several business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it is an error on our part.
6. Exceptions: Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with your pet's skin, such as grooming products and food items. Additionally, personalized products, such as items with your pet's name on them, cannot be returned.
