How Does Location and Reach Work?

This tracker uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology and has specific capabilities regarding range and location determination:

  • The tracker has a direct Bluetooth range of 15 to 50 meters . This is the distance within which your smartphone can connect directly to the tracker.

  • Within this range, you can use the "one-click item finder" feature to trigger an audible alarm on the tracker. This is ideal for finding your keys in the house, for example, or locating your pet nearby (e.g., in the garden or a closed park).

• Breakpoint Positioning (Last Known Location):

  • If the tracker moves out of your smartphone's Bluetooth range , the direct connection will be broken. The tracker doesn't have a built-in GPS module or a global network like Apple's "Find My" app.
