Duke & Scoop Black Friday Giveaways 2026

Short rules

During Black Friday, with every valid order you can enter both giveaways:

🎁 1. Win your order back

One winner is randomly selected every day.

The winner receives the full amount actually paid for the products of the winning order back via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are not refunded as part of this prize.

🎉 2. Win €100 Duke & Scoop store credit

One winner is randomly selected every week.

The winner receives €100 Duke & Scoop store credit, valid until 31 October 2027.

How do you enter?

  1. Place an order with Duke & Scoop between 9 November 2026 and 30 November 2026.

  2. Fill in the official Black Friday Giveaway Form.

  3. Fill in your correct name, email address and order number.

  4. After a valid entry, you automatically enter both giveaways.

Important

  • There is no minimum order value.

  • You may enter a maximum of once per order.

  • Multiple entries with the same order number will lead to the disqualification of that order.

  • Placing multiple separate orders? Then you may enter once per order.

  • An order must be paid and valid.

  • If cancelled, participation of that order in the €100 store credit giveaway will be void.

  • Winners are chosen fully automatically and randomly, without human influence.

  • The winner of “Win your order back” receives the refund automatically via the original payment method.

  • Winners of the €100 store credit must respond to our email within 7 days.

  • Uploading a photo of your pet is optional.

  • Only when you explicitly give permission in the form may we share the name and/or photo of your pet via our Instagram Story.

  • Giving or refusing permission for social media has no influence on your chances of winning.

Full terms and conditions

1. Promotion period

The Duke & Scoop Black Friday Giveaways run from:

9 November 2026, 00:00 to 30 November 2026, 23:59 Dutch time (CET).

Both the order and the entry via the official giveaway form must be registered within the valid promotion period.

2. Participation

To validly participate, the participant must:

  • have placed an order with Duke & Scoop during the promotion period;

  • have successfully paid for the order;

  • have filled in the official Black Friday Giveaway Form;

  • use a valid email address;

  • fill in the correct order number.

A valid entry automatically enters both:

  • the daily Win your order back Giveaway;

  • the weekly €100 Duke & Scoop Store Credit Giveaway.

There is no minimum order value.

3. One entry per order

A maximum of one entry may be submitted per unique order number.

When the same order number is submitted multiple times, the order in question will be disqualified from the giveaways.

The person themselves will not automatically be excluded from participation with other valid orders.

When a customer places multiple separate orders during the promotion period, each order may be entered once.

4. Validity of an order

An entry is only valid when the specified order:

  • actually exists;

  • has been successfully paid for;

  • can be correctly linked to the provided details;

  • is not fraudulent, fictitious or manipulated.

Duke & Scoop reserves the right to declare an entry invalid in cases of fraud, abuse, incorrect details or manipulation of the giveaway process.

5. Daily giveaway – Win your order back

During the promotion period, one valid entry will be automatically and randomly selected every day.

The winner receives the amount actually paid for the products of the order in question back.

By the product amount, we mean the amount actually paid for the products:

  • after applying discounts;

  • including applicable VAT;

  • excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be automatically issued via the same payment method used to pay for the original order.

The prize cannot be converted to another order, store credit or alternative payment method.

An order can win a maximum of once in the daily “Win your order back” promotion.

6. €100 weekly giveaway

Every Wednesday during the campaign, one valid entry will be automatically and randomly selected.

The winner receives:

€100 Duke & Scoop store credit.

The store credit:

  • is valid until 31 October 2027;

  • is not exchangeable for cash;

  • is not transferable;

  • can exclusively be used at Duke & Scoop.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the form and must respond within 7 days.

If no response is received within 7 days, Duke & Scoop reserves the right to select a new winner.

If the order on which the entry is based is cancelled, the entry in the €100 giveaway will be void.

If the store credit has already been awarded and the underlying order is subsequently cancelled, Duke & Scoop reserves the right to reclaim the unused store credit.

7. Random selection

All winners are chosen by means of an automated random selection process.

No human selection takes place.

The selection is not influenced by:

  • the amount of the order;

  • the chosen product;

  • the type of pet;

  • uploading a photo;

  • permission for social media;

  • customer history;

  • other personal preferences.

Every valid entry within a respective draw has an equal chance of being selected.

8. Contact with winners

Winners will be contacted via the email address they themselves provided in the giveaway form.

The participant is themselves responsible for correctly filling in and checking their contact details.

Duke & Scoop is not responsible for missed communication due to, for example:

  • incorrectly filled in email addresses;

  • full inboxes;

  • spam filters;

  • technical problems with the participant's email provider.

For the daily “Win your order back” prize, no response is required to issue the refund when Duke & Scoop can verify the order and payment.

For the €100 store credit, the response period of 7 days applies.

9. Photo and name of the pet

Uploading a photo of the pet is completely optional.

The participant can separately give permission in the form to:

  • the photo of the pet;

  • the name of the pet;

be shared via the social media channels of Duke & Scoop, including Instagram Stories.

Without explicit permission, the photo will not be published for this purpose.

Giving or refusing permission has no influence on participation or chances of winning.

10. Currency

The weekly store credit prize has a base value of €100.

When a winner uses another supported currency, an equivalent value will be awarded in that currency based on the currency conversion used by Duke & Scoop at that time.

The daily refund takes place in the currency and via the payment method of the original order.

11. Returns and cancellations

Normal return and consumer rights remain applicable.

A cancellation of the order makes the participation in the €100 store credit giveaway invalid.

A winner of “Win your order back” receives exclusively the amount actually paid for the products of the winning order back.

Duke & Scoop reserves the right to investigate abuse where giveaway participation is combined with fraudulent orders, cancellations or return behavior and to declare the participation in question invalid.

12. Abuse and fraud

Duke & Scoop may exclude a participation when it reasonably appears that there is:

  • multiple entries for the same order number;

  • falsified order details;

  • fraudulent orders;

  • abuse of the form;

  • automated or manipulated entries;

  • attempts to influence the random selection process.

Such an exclusion applies in principle to the order in question.

13. Technical problems and changes

When technical problems, fraud, outages or other circumstances beyond reasonable control make a fair execution of the giveaway impossible, Duke & Scoop may temporarily adjust, interrupt or terminate the giveaway.

Prizes already legally awarded will not be revoked without a valid reason because of this.

14. Acceptance

By participating in the Black Friday Giveaway, the participant confirms having read and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
